FUBS is a fast-growing D2C jewellery and gifting brand focused on creating innovative, high-perceived-value jewellery and accessory combos for online customers. We sell through our own website and leading online marketplaces/quick-commerce platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an execution-oriented Senior Merchandiser / Product Development & Sourcing professional to help us develop new jewellery, accessories and gifting products.

The Founder/Product Head will drive product ideas and make final design selections. Your role will be to source options, develop vendors, coordinate samples and convert selected ideas into finished prototypes quickly.

Key Responsibilities

- Source new fashion jewellery, accessories, packaging and gifting products from existing and new vendors.
- Find and develop recent vendors/manufacturers across different product categories.
- Collect relevant catalogues and product options based on given briefs, target prices and requirements.
- Coordinate samples, prototypes, modifications and custom developments with vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, sampling cost and lead times.




- Follow up aggressively with vendors to ensure timely development.
- Coordinate multiple vendors/components required for a single product or combo.
- Maintain vendor, sample, costing and product-development trackers.
- Regularly explore markets, exhibitions and new sourcing opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

- 3–6 years of experience in merchandising, product development, sourcing, buying or vendor development.
- Experience in fashion jewellery, accessories, handbags, gifting, handicrafts, lifestyle products or similar categories preferred.
- Strong vendor sourcing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Highly execution-oriented with good ownership and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Willing to visit vendors and markets when required.

Location: Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
