Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer – Concept & Presales to lead concept development and client presentations for commercial interior projects. The role requires robust creative thinking, presentation skills, client interaction, and the ability to translate concepts into execution-ready design intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and functional interior concepts based on client requirements and site context.
- Prepare mood boards, zoning layouts, material palettes, design presentations and PPTs.
- Present and explain design concepts directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure design selections align with project budgets and timelines.
- Develop concept packages and coordinate with the execution/project team for smooth handover.
- Guide junior designers and visualization teams and ensure quality of deliverables.
- Drive timely concept closure, ideally within 10–15 days.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial interior design / fit-out projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating concept and schematic design.
- Excellent PowerPoint/presentation and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit and Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, space planning and budget-conscious design.
- Ability to independently lead concepts from brief to client sign-off.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
