We are looking for an experienced Taxation Skilled to join our team in Vadodara.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle Direct Taxation matters, including Income Tax compliance and tax-related assignments.
* Manage corporate taxation and ensure timely statutory compliance.
* Prepare and review corporate tax returns, tax filings, and related documentation.
* Handle Tax Audit requirements and support tax assessments and notices.
* Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation, computations, and compliance.
* Assist in preparation of Form 3CEB, TP reports, and related submissions.
* Perform tax research and provide support on tax implications of business transactions.




* Review financial data and identify tax risks, discrepancies, and compliance gaps.
* Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and consultants for taxation-related matters.
* Stay updated with changes in Income Tax and Transfer Pricing regulations.
* Support tax planning and advisory assignments as required.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of Direct Taxation and Corporate Taxation
Good understanding of Transfer Pricing provisions and compliance.
Experience in tax return filing, tax audit, and statutory compliance.

Candidates from CA Firms, Consulting Firms or Corporate Tax Departments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
