Regardless of your role, all biochemists wear the necessary safety equipment and ensure the lab is contamination-free. You also adhere to the work practices and protocols an organisation has in place regarding security, safety and operating procedures in the lab.
- Lead the clinical biochemistry team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to staff.





- Develop and implement departmental strategies aligning with organizational goals to enhance laboratory efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, quality control protocols, and best practices in laboratory operations.
- Oversee the development and validation of new assays and diagnostic tests to expand the laboratory's capabilities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate clinical biochemistry services within patient care pathways.
- Manage departmental budgets, resources, and capital expenditures to optimize financial performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, advocating for innovation and continuous improvement in clinical biochemistry practices.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
