About the Role

VAAS LLP is looking for a CRM Executive to manage the customer relationship lifecycle post-booking — from sale confirmation to possession/handover — ensuring smooth documentation, payment collection, and customer satisfaction for buyers across VAAS Aspire, VAAS Grandeur, and future projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle post-sale: booking, agreement, payments, and possession
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of booked customers to CRM
- Track and manage payment plans (e.g., 35:65 payment schedules), generate demand letters, and follow up on due payments/collections
- Prepare and issue allotment letters, buyer agreements, and other legal/project documentation
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to bookings, payments, or project updates
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and project teams for documentation and NOC processes
- Track possession timelines (e.g.,



2027 possession for VAAS Aspire) and coordinate handover formalities
- Generate MIS reports on collections, bookings, cancellations, and customer satisfaction Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and address feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

- Prior experience in Real Estate CRM or customer service role, preferably with a builder-floor/residential developer
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of RERA guidelines and real estate documentation process
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
