Job Summary
The Architect - Program Management is responsible for leading and governing large-scale technology transformation programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, enterprise architecture, and project execution. The role combines strategic program leadership with technical architecture oversight to deliver complex initiatives on time, within budget, and with measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Governance Define and drive program vision, objectives, roadmap, and success metrics. Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and program controls. Ensure alignment between business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery execution. Manage program risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Skill Requirements
Collaborate with Enterprise, Solution, Infrastructure, and Application Architects to develop end-to-end solutions. Review and validate solution architectures for scalability, security, availability, and compliance. Ensure adherence to organizational architecture standards and technology roadmaps.
Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance forums. Program Delivery Management Manage multiple projects/workstreams within a program portfolio. Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, security, infrastructure, operations, and business stakeholders. Monitor delivery milestones, budget, resource allocation, and advantages realization. Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate.
Other Requirements
Stakeholder Management Act as the primary interface between senior leadership, business units, and technology teams. Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and steering committee presentations. Build consensus across multiple stakeholders and drive decision-making.
