Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems
- Oversee quality control processes and product standards
- Conduct audits and inspections for compliance
- Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions
- Lead and manage quality team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze quality data to improve product performance
- 7–10 years of experience in quality management & assurance
- Experience in flexographic printing or similar industry
- Post Graduate / B.Tech / MBA
