- Perform manual soldering of electronic components, wires, connectors, PCBs, and assemblies.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
- Assemble electrical and electronic components as per specifications.
- Inspect solder joints to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and rectify soldering defects such as cold joints, bridging, and insufficient solder.
- Use soldering stations, desoldering tools, heat guns, and other assembly equipment safely.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area (5S).
- Ensure proper handling and storage of electronic components.
- Report quality issues and production concerns to the supervisor.
- Support rework, repair, and troubleshooting activities when required.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
