Job Summary

Tattvam Ventures is looking for an experienced QS Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, cost control, contractor billing, rate analysis, and commercial coordination to ensure effective project cost management.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis.

* Verify contractor/subcontractor bills and site measurements.

* Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and quantities.

* Prepare comparative statements, work orders, and cost reports.

* Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Vendors, and Accounts.

* Verify completed works and quantities through regular site visits.

* Maintain proper records of BOQs, measurements, bills, and project costs.





* Support cost control and vendor/contractor negotiations.

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.

* 5–6 years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.

* Strong knowledge of BOQ, estimation, billing, costing, and rate analysis.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

* Good knowledge of construction drawings and site measurements.

* Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per year
