We are looking for an experienced Home-Care Nurse for a patient at home in Andheri, Mumbai.

The patient is recovering after hospitalization and requires assistance with nursing care, monitoring, feeding, hygiene, mobility and bed-sore care.

ICU experience is NOT required.

Responsibilities:

Monitor BP, blood sugar, SpO₂, pulse and temperature

Post-surgical patient care

Bed sore/wound care and dressing as advised by the doctor

Oxygen administration and handling of oxygen equipment,

if required Urinary catheter care Ryles tube feeding/care,

if applicable PEG/tracheostomy/ICD/PICC care only if applicable and within the nurse's training

Administer prescribed medicines/injections as per doctor's instructions and within scope of practice

Medication timing and monitoring Assist with feeding

Personal grooming and hygiene Diaper changing

Sponging/bathing Regular repositioning/turning in bed to prevent worsening of bed sores

Assist with walking and mobility Assist with prescribed exercises

Observe patient's condition and inform family/doctor of any significant change





Maintain basic records of vitals, medication, feeding and nursing care

Candidate requirements:

ANM/GNM or equivalent nursing qualification preferred

Previous home-care/hospital nursing experience

Experience caring for bedridden/post-surgical patients preferred

Experience with bed sores, catheter care, tube feeding and oxygen preferred

Responsible, patient and reliable

Previous employer/family references preferred

Nursing qualification/registration and ID documents will be verified

Salary: ₹35,000–₹40,000/month depending on qualification and experience.

This is a direct requirement from a private family. Nursing/recruitment agencies are not required.
