Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying customer requirements and converting leads into sales.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities in company records or CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through courteous and professional communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely customer support.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets assigned by the management.
- Resolve customer queries and escalate technical or service-related issues to the concerned department whenever required.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills through company training programs.

Pay: From ₹13,000.08 per month
