Hiring – Service Coordinator
Location: Ahmedabad
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 Gross/Month
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer complaints and coordinate service resolution.
- Coordinate with clients and allocate engineers for machine installation/service.
- Plan, monitor and distribute service team activities.
- Maintain ERP entries, service reports, complaints, spares, PI, shipment & delivery records.
- Prepare daily MIS reports for service complaints and machine erection.
- Manage spares planning, sales and material coordination with Purchase/Vendors.
- Schedule and monitor AMC activities.
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain client relationships.
- Coordinate between customers, engineers and internal departments.
- Monthly visit to Surat office for engineer performance and spare stock verification.
