- Managing the end-to-end integration process for new design partners, team members, or specialized creative clients.
- Coordinating pre-start logistics, including contract execution, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and compliance paperwork.
- Partnering with IT and operations to provision necessary design software licenses, hardware setup, and secure server access.
- Facilitating orientation sessions to introduce firm culture, design methodologies, brand guidelines, and project management tools.
- Serving as the main point of contact for current joiners
- Collaborating with creative directors and managers to customize role-specific or partner-specific training tracks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
