About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Remote Healthcare Recruiter to recruit healthcare professionals and caregivers for home healthcare and medical service requirements.

The recruiter will be responsible for finding candidates, speaking with them over phone/WhatsApp, screening their qualifications and availability, collecting required documents, and coordinating candidates until successful placement.

This is a high-volume recruitment role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable making calls throughout the day and actively following up with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Call and screen candidates daily
- Explain job location, duties, shift timings, salary, accommodation and other requirements
- Verify candidate experience, qualifications and availability
- Collect resumes and required documents
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the operations team
- Follow up aggressively with shortlisted candidates
- Confirm candidate joining dates and availability
- Maintain an organized candidate database/tracker




- Find candidates based on specific customer locations and requirements
- Build a continuous pipeline of nurses, caregivers and other healthcare professionals
- Follow up with selected candidates until they successfully join
- Provide daily recruitment progress updates

Mandatory Requirements

- Must speak Hindi fluently
- Must speak English confidently
- Comfortable speaking with candidates over phone throughout the day
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong candidate follow-up skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel and online job portals
- Must have a laptop/computer, smartphone and reliable internet connection
- Able to work independently from home
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, home healthcare, nursing recruitment or caregiver recruitment
- Experience recruiting nurses, caregivers, patient attendants or allied healthcare professionals
- Familiarity with Indian job portals and candidate sourcing
- Knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage

Freshers with excellent Hindi and English communication skills and a solid interest in recruitment may also apply.
