Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, post ideas, reels concepts, and social media strategies.
- Handle Meta Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, audience targeting, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, requirements, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Create engaging video scripts for reels, promotional videos, product videos, and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location coordination, script coordination, and communication with the video team.
- Participate in video shoots as an on-camera presenter/actor for reels, promotional videos, product demonstrations, client campaigns, and brand content.
- Confidently present scripts and communicate products/services naturally in front of the camera.
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and performance marketing teams.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Research trending reels, content formats, hashtags, competitors, and social media trends.
- Develop creative content ideas to improve reach, engagement, followers, leads, and brand visibility.




- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of planned content.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Good practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Excellent client handling and communication skills.
- Good video script writing and content ideation skills.
- Good coordination and project management skills.
- Confident in front of the camera and comfortable with video acting/presentation.
- Ability to present scripts naturally and engage with the audience.
- Understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and content strategies.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, and ROAS.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for a creative, confident, proactive, and communication-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage social media accounts, handle Meta Ads, communicate with clients, create video scripts, coordinate shoots, and confidently appear and perform in front of the camera for social media content.

Candidates with strong on-camera presence, creative thinking, and a passion for social media content creation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
