We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead – Hybrid Apps to lead the development of high-performance, mobile-first applications that combine the power of native and web (H5) technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across native (iOS/Android) and hybrid frameworks, with a strong focus on building scalable, secure, and engaging consumer-facing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of hybrid mobile applications (using web + native technologies).
- Guide and mentor a team of mobile developers across native and hybrid stacks.
- Own end-to-end delivery of mobile-first consumer apps—from requirements to deployment and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party SDKs and tools, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Define mobile architecture standards and best practices for scalability and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality through automation and testing.
- Stay updated on emerging mobile technologies and drive adoption of relevant innovations.

Required Skills:

- 8–12 years of overall software development experience with at least 4 years in mobile application development.




- Hands-on experience with native app development (iOS – Swift/Objective-C, Android – Kotlin/Java).
- Strong experience in hybrid mobile frameworks like Cordova, Capacitor, Ionic, or React Native, and H5/webview-based integrations.
- Proven experience in delivering mobile-first, consumer-grade apps with high traffic and scale.
- Deep understanding of mobile UI/UX, performance tuning, and offline capabilities.
- Experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL), mobile security, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines, App Store/Play Store deployment.

Valuable to Have:

- Experience with PWA (Progressive Web Apps).
- Familiarity with Web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP for mobile backend services.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects under tight timelines.
- A passion for innovation and user-centric mobile experiences.

Education:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
