We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 0–1 years of relevant experience/Freshers with relevant skills to join our growing team,

to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain records of income, expenses, payments, and receipts
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Handle petty cash and expense records
- Maintain purchase and sales records
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account statements
- Support salary and payment-related documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding accounts-related activities
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software is preferred
- Positive numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage records and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

- Tally
- MS Excel
- GST and basic taxation knowledge
- Invoice and billing management
- Bank reconciliation
- Petty cash management

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
