Freelance Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Based

Work Mode: Office-Based / Remote / Hybrid, as assigned
Compensation: Performance-based; no fixed salary unless specifically agreed in writing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute approved digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate genuine and relevant leads through approved channels.
- Manage social media, SEO, GEO/AEO, email marketing and digital outreach as assigned.
- Run Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube or other approved paid campaigns, where applicable.
- Conduct audience, keyword, competitor and market research.
- Maintain all leads and campaign information in the Company's CRM/tracker.
- Monitor traffic, CPL, conversions and campaign performance and submit regular reports.
- Support marketing of webinars, conferences, journals and institutional products.

Campaign Areas

The freelancer may be assigned one or more of the following:

- Journal Subscription
- Institutional Digital Library Subscription
- APC / Manuscript Acquisition
- Publisher / Institutional Partnership Campaign

Performance & Payout

Payment may be based on:

- Accepted Qualified Leads
- Verified Manuscript/Lead Submissions
- Successful Paid Closures
- Approved project/deliverable fee
- Other approved performance incentives

Only genuine,



verified and non-duplicate leads accepted by the Company will qualify for lead payout.

A successful closure will be considered only after the eligible payment is actually received by the Company.

Important Conditions

- Fake, duplicate, manipulated or invalid leads will not be payable.
- Unauthorized databases, spam, misleading campaigns or unlawful scraping are not permitted.
- Pricing, discounts, refunds or publication/indexing guarantees cannot be offered without Company approval.
- Company and customer data must remain confidential.
- Paid-ad budgets and expenditure require prior approval.
- All assigned campaigns must follow Company brand, data-security and platform-compliance guidelines.

Commercial Terms

Final lead payout, closure incentive, campaign target, reporting frequency and advertising budget will be defined in the Freelancer Agreement and Campaign/KPI Work Order before commencement.

Interested candidates may share their profile/portfolio and relevant digital marketing or lead-generation work details.

Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹300.00 per hour
