and Investment Visas, catering to countries such as Canada, USA, UK, Australia,

ensuring a seamless and successful immigration experience for our clients.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and update job descriptions, and manage job postings on job boards and

social media platforms.

 Oversee the full recruitment process, including resume screening, scheduling

interviews, extending offers, and negotiating employment terms.

 Manage employee onboarding, including paperwork and planning training and

development for new hires.

 Maintain and manage accurate employee records, including attendance, leave

management, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.





 Address and resolve employee issues to foster a positive work environment.

 Handle employee separation processes, including exit interviews and ensuring

compliance with company policies.

 Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all HR activities.

 Act as the sole HR professional, managing all HR responsibilities

independently.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field

 Minimum 1 Year of experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR

administration is mandatory.

 Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

6 days a week and work timings would be (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
