Summary:
As a Technology Support Engineer, a typical day involves addressing and resolving incidents and problems that affect various business system components to maintain smooth and reliable operations. The role includes creating and executing Requests for Change to improve system functionality and reliability. Throughout the day, there is active collaboration with vendors and service management teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Additionally, updating and maintaining knowledge base articles is a key part of the daily routine to enhance troubleshooting efficiency and support continuous improvement across the technology environment.

Must have Skills : AWS Cloud SME Good to Have Skills : Azure Cloud Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : Overall 8+ years of experience working in IT at least 3 to 5 years as an AWS Cloud SME Requirement: We are seeking a mid-level AWS Cloud Engineer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure operations,



support, and automation across enterprise AWS environments. The role will focus on the management, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of AWS services including EC2, S3, ELB (ALB/NLB), Route53, VPC, AWS Backup, EKS, ELK/Kibana, IAM, CloudWatch,Cloud Formation and AWS Organizations, along with hands-on experience in Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cloud platform availability, supporting incident and change management activities, implementing infrastructure automation, monitoring system health, and ensuring adherence to security and governance standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills, experience working in production support environments, familiarity with cloud networking and container platforms, and the ability to collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud services.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of cloud service models and deployment architectures.
- Experience with incident management and problem resolution in cloud environments.
- Ability to create and manage Requests for Change effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor management and collaboration processes.
- Skilled in documenting technical procedures and maintaining knowledge bases.
