ABOUT THE ROLE

Borivali Healthcare is hiring a Junior OT Technician to join our surgical team. This is a hands-on role based at our Borivali facility. As we handle emergency surgical cases, candidates must be willing to attend emergencies when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with preparation and setup of the Operating Theatre for surgical procedures
- Ensure all surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready before procedures
- Assist the surgical team during general and emergency procedures
- Maintain OT standards, sterility, cleanliness, and infection-control protocols
- Handle, clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments as per protocols
- Check and maintain OT equipment and report any faults or shortages
- Maintain proper stock of surgical consumables and supplies
- Follow and uphold departmental SOPs and safety protocols

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–5 years of experience as an OT Technician




- Willing to attend emergency calls outside regular working hours
- OT Technician / Operation Theatre Technology qualification preferred
- Good knowledge of surgical instruments, OT procedures, sterilization, and infection-control practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a surgical team

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, based on experience
- Incentives: Overtime pay, pro-rata
- Annual + sick leave: 28 days per year

EMPLOYMENT TYPE

Employed by Borivali Healthcare. Full-time, 48 hours per week.
