- Conduct training sessions for recent and existing employees as per their job roles.
- Provide practical and process-based training to employees.
- Prepare and manage training schedules and ensure timely completion of training.
- Monitor trainees’ learning progress and overall performance.
- Conduct re-training or second-round training whenever required.
- Address trainees’ questions, doubts, and process-related issues.
- Evaluate employees’ knowledge and performance after training.
- Maintain training attendance, records, and performance reports.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding trainees’ progress.
- Train employees on new processes, policies, systems, and updates.
- Ensure employees understand and follow company procedures, quality standards, and work guidelines.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to identify training requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
