Job Summary:-

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to support our daily warehouse and inventory operations. You will assist the lead Storekeeper in receiving, inspecting, and organizing stock to ensure a smooth flow of materials. The ideal candidate is physically fit, organized, and comfortable using basic computer systems for record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:-

Receiving & Inspection: Assist in unloading deliveries and verifying quality and quantity against purchase orders.

Inventory Management: Organize and shelf stock using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to prevent wastage.

Stock Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods using [Insert Software, e.g., Tally, Excel, or ERP].

Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking, packing, and preparing items for dispatch or production.

Store Upkeep: Perform regular stock counts (audits) and maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage environment.

Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety regulations while handling equipment and materials.

Requirements & Qualifications:-

Education: Minimum of 12th Pass or equivalent; a diploma in a related field is a plus.

Experience:



0–2 years of experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or retail (freshers may apply for junior roles).

Salary Range:-

15k-20k Depending upon the exposure

Skills:-

Basic proficiency in MS Excel or inventory management software.

Strong attention to detail and physical stamina for lifting/moving stock.

Valuable communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Both male and female could apply
