- Follow up with vendors for pending Job orders and material deliveries.
- Monitor Job order quantity, delivery dates, and pending quantities.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Obtain and maintain order confirmation and delivery commitments from vendors.
- Regularly update the vendor follow-up / pending material tracker.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production, and other departments regarding material requirements.
- Escalate delayed or critical materials to the concerned manager.
- Follow up for urgent and priority materials based on production requirements.
- Verify delivery details with vendors before dispatch.
- Maintain records of vendor commitments, delays, dispatch details, and received quantities.
- Communicate with vendors regarding shortage,



excess quantity, quality issues, and documentation when required.
- Prepare daily/weekly pending material reports for management review.
- Support the Purchase team in maintaining valuable vendor coordination and timely material availability.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
