Corporate Sales & Event Catering Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Corporate Sales & Event Catering Manager to drive corporate sales and event catering business for our QSR operations. The role will focus on acquiring new corporate clients, managing existing accounts, generating catering opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Business Development

- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for bulk food orders, employee meals, and regular catering.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, client visits, and other business development activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate HR, Admin, Facility Managers, and event organizers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and regular follow-ups.
- Develop long-term corporate partnerships and generate repeat business.

Event Catering

- Generate catering business from corporate events, conferences, parties, launches, and private events.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable catering menus and packages.




- Coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure timely order preparation, delivery, and event execution.
- Handle client feedback and resolve service-related issues.

Sales & Revenue

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up with prospective clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Catering Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or QSR.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and event supervision.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
