We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities across lead generation, events, and sales support.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working in events, experimenting with new ideas, creating content, coordinating campaigns, and seeing their work directly contribute to business growth.

Lead Generation & Growth

- Support B2B lead-generation activities targeting event organizers, event agencies, photographers, brands, schools, corporates and other relevant customers.
- Research potential customers and maintain prospect databases.
- Assist with email marketing, LinkedIn outreach and other lead-generation campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing-qualified leads with the sales/business development team.
- Track leads and campaign conversions using CRM or other marketing tools.

Events & Activations

- Support Eventiere’s participation in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows and industry events.
- Coordinate marketing requirements before, during and after events.
- Assist with booth branding, promotional materials, demonstrations and lead collection.
- Help convert event participation into post-event leads and business opportunities.

Sales & Marketing Support

- Prepare presentations, brochures, proposals and other sales-support materials.
- Assist the sales team with campaign-specific marketing requirements.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Help identify new marketing channels, partnerships and business opportunities.

General Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing activities are completed on time.




- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign trackers and content schedules.
- Manage basic marketing budgets and vendor coordination.
- Continuously experiment with new ideas to improve Eventiere’s brand visibility and customer acquisition.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Comfortable creating or coordinating content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing and lead generation is preferred.

Compensation

Salary: Competitive and based on experience and skill set.

Performance-based incentives may be offered based on the role and responsibilities.

Pay: ₹9,732.75 - ₹34,730.26 per month
