Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all Samarthanam websites and associated web platforms.
- Ensure regular content updates, maintenance and smooth functioning of all websites.
- Develop new pages, features and microsites as required.
- Coordinate with the Communications, Design, IT and Programme teams for website requirements.
- Ensure websites are responsive, secure, user-friendly and aligned with Samarthanam’s brand guidelines.
- Monitor website performance, SEO, analytics and overall user experience.
- Ensure regular backups, security updates, domain and hosting management.
- Work towards improving website accessibility in line with WCAG guidelines.
- Coordinate with external agencies or developers, wherever required.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements across Samarthanam’s web ecosystem.




- Plan and manage online fundraising campaigns and donation drives through Samarthanam’s websites, including campaign landing pages, donation journeys and performance tracking.

Experience & Skills:

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in website development and management.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress/CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic PHP.
- Experience in managing multiple websites, hosting and domains.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics/Search Console and website performance optimisation.
- Understanding of web accessibility and responsive design will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
