Junior CRM Executive – Client & Retail Coordination

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

About the Role

We are hiring a Junior CRM Executive for a growing premium fashion and designer-wear brand. The role involves managing client relationships, coordinating with premium retailers and boutiques, supporting sales activities, and assisting with exhibitions and fashion events.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp and in-person communication.

- Maintain strong client relationships and regular follow-ups.

- Coordinate with premium stores, retailers and designer boutiques.

- Collect client/retailer feedback and support sales activities.

- Assist with product enquiries, availability and dispatch coordination.

- Support exhibitions and fashion events in Raipur and other major cities.





- Identify opportunities for repeat business and new customer acquisition.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales, Retail, Fashion, Boutique or Customer Service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident, presentable and proactive personality.

- Robust follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and business events when required.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is confident, well-spoken and comfortable interacting with premium customers and business partners. Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in fashion/luxury retail may also be considered.
