Responsibilities and Duties

1. To Ensuring Minimum production loss due to break downs (Machine & Utility).

2. Ensure good health card for all Poka Yoke running in the Plant.

3. Ensure Zero Cushion variation of all Machines.

4. Ensuring water hardness and smooth running of softener plant.

5. Ensure to reduce MTTR & MTBF.

6. Will attend break down on receipt of job card and resolve the problem ASAP.

7. Verify the physical and running condition all Poka Yoke.

8. Repair immediately in case of any issue.

9. Monitor and test the hardness and TDS value of water running in the water tank. Take action to add chemical or replace water by top up.

10. Daily make a visit on RO and feed the required chemicals, drain the wastage and check the purified water condition.

11. Maintain the valuable 5S in their respective Zone and update the self-monitoring sheet.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
