Roles & Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Explain Toprankers' courses, programs, and offerings in detail.
- Understand students' educational requirements and guide them towards suitable courses.
- Schedule counselling sessions and follow-ups with the Academic Counselling team.
- Maintain and update student information in the CRM system.
- Follow up regularly with leads to improve conversions and admissions.
- Handle basic queries related to courses, fees, batches, and admission processes.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or EdTech counselling.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
