Job Summary

Architect – Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead solution design and provide technical guidance for modern enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native, container-based, distributed, and event-driven architectures, along with hands-on familiarity with modern programming languages and AI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and guide the development of cloud-based and containerized applications
Define and support distributed architecture patterns and best practices
Architect and implement message bus solutions such as Kafka, NATS , or similar technologies
Lead the design of event-driven systems and integration patterns
Partner with development teams to build applications using Java, Python, .NET, Golang, and/or Rust
Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for AI-based solutions , including agents and workflow automation
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
Support solution design for P&C; Insurance systems and related business capabilities

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of cloud and container-based application architectures
Proven experience with distributed systems architecture
Expertise in message bus technologies such as Kafka or NATS
Strong background in event-based systems
Familiarity with Java, Python, .NET, Golang, and/or Rust
Experience designing or supporting AI-based solutions , including agents and workflow orchestration

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in P&C; Insurance
Knowledge of PAS systems such as Duck Creek or Guidewire
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
