Security Incharge – Ex-Serviceman

GD Goenka Public School, Hapur Road is looking for a highly disciplined and experienced Security Incharge to take complete charge of the safety, security and access control of the school campus.

Candidate Profile

* Ex-Army / Ex-Paramilitary personnel preferred

* Candidates with Commando / Special Forces / NSG or equivalent training will be given preference

* Maximum Age: 45 years

* Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass)

* Experience in security operations, team command or supervisory responsibilities

* Valid arms licence and experience in safe handling of firearms preferred

* Physically fit, alert and capable of handling emergency situations

* Strong leadership, discipline and command over security personnel

* Clean service and background record

Key Responsibilities

* Take complete charge of campus security and access control

* Lead, deploy, train and supervise the security team

* Maintain strict control over entry and exit of students, staff, visitors and vehicles

* Conduct regular security rounds and vulnerability checks

* Ensure gate discipline, visitor verification and proper maintenance of security records

* Oversee CCTV surveillance and respond immediately to suspicious or unusual activity

* Establish and enforce emergency,



evacuation and crisis-response protocols

* Manage security arrangements for school events, VIP visits and large gatherings

* Conduct regular drills and security briefings

* Maintain high standards of discipline and preparedness at all times

* Report directly to the School Management

Residential Position

This is a full-time residential position. The Security Incharge will be required to stay on the school campus.

* Food provided by the school

* Weekly off provided

* Candidate must be willing to reside on campus on a full time basis

Salary & Benefits

₹30,000 – ₹38,000 per month, depending upon defence background, experience and suitability.

This is not a security guard vacancy. We are looking for an experienced ex-serviceman who can command the security team, enforce discipline, anticipate security risks and take complete ownership of campus security.
