Site Supervisor – Job Description

Job Title: Site Supervisor
Department: Project / Site Operations

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and manpower.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors, and the project team.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Check measurements, levels, alignment, and quality of installation work.
- Monitor material requirements and ensure proper material handling at site.
- Coordinate glass, aluminium, hardware, and other installation activities.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress, material records, and manpower attendance.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper safety practices are followed at the site.
- Coordinate with the office, production, purchase, and project teams regarding site requirements.
- Inspect completed work and ensure finishing and quality standards are maintained.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure timely completion.




- Take site measurements whenever required and communicate them accurately to the office team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in aluminium, glass, façade, doors/windows, or construction work.
- Valuable knowledge of site installation and construction processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Ability to manage workers and multiple site activities.
- Willingness to travel to different project sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
