About GoCollab

GoCollab is a creator collaboration platform where brands can discover creators, compare their work, pricing and delivery timelines, and collaborate with them directly.

We are building a strong creator community and are looking for someone who can own the creator side of GoCollab end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands creators — how they think, communicate, work with brands, price collaborations and what motivates them.

Ideally, you are already connected with creators, influencers or UGC creators and are confident speaking with new people every day.

Women creators, influencer managers and community professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is not just a calling or coordination role. We want someone who can build relationships with creators and actually get things executed.

What You’ll Do

Creator Acquisition

- Identify and reach out to relevant creators and UGC creators..
- Bring high-quality creators onto GoCollab..
- Use your existing creator network wherever possible..
- Continuously discover creators through Instagram, communities, referrals and other channels..

Creator Relationships

- Speak with creators regularly and build genuine long-term relationships..
- Become the primary point of contact for GoCollab creators..
- Help creators understand how GoCollab works and how they can benefit from the platform..
- Keep creators engaged and active on the platform..

Creator Onboarding

- Help creators create strong GoCollab profiles..
- Guide them on portfolio, pricing, services, packages, delivery timelines and other profile information..
- Ensure creator profiles are complete, professional and attractive to brands..

Creator Coordination & Execution





- Coordinate with creators when a brand collaboration/order comes in..
- Ensure creators understand the brief clearly..
- Follow up on timelines, product deliveries, shoots, content submissions and revisions..
- Get the work completed rather than only passing messages between the brand and creator..
- Solve issues proactively whenever something gets stuck..

Creator Content & Community

- Encourage creators to participate in GoCollab campaigns, Spotlight initiatives and promotional activities..
- Coordinate creator-generated content required for GoCollab when needed..
- Be comfortable speaking to creators on calls, WhatsApp, Instagram and potentially appearing in creator/community-facing content..

Build the Creator Network

- Develop and maintain a robust database/network of creators across categories..
- Build referral loops where existing creators introduce other good creators..
- Identify emerging creators before they become expensive or difficult to access..
- Help GoCollab build a creator community, not just a creator database..

Who Would Be Perfect for This Role?

Someone who:

- Already has a good network of creators/influencers/UGC creators..
- Is extremely comfortable talking to creators..
- Has strong spoken English and Hindi/Hinglish communication..
- Is confident, friendly and persuasive..
- Knows how to build relationships without sounding like a salesperson..
- Can follow up persistently and get work done..
- Understands Instagram, creator culture and influencer marketing..
- Has worked as a creator, influencer manager,



talent manager, community manager or at an influencer/creator agency..
- Can independently handle multiple creators and collaborations at the same time..
- Is organised and good at maintaining follow-ups..
- Understands basic brand expectations from creators..
