Job Description: Analyst – Record to Report (R2R)

Skillsets

- Good knowledge of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations.
- Aware of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Experience in supporting and coordinating internal and external audits.
- Good understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.
- Ability to analyze financial data, identify variances, and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Perform R2R activities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial reporting processes.
- Perform and review month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.




- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and general ledger transactions.
- Maintain GL reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of reconciling items.
- Maintain intercompany reconciliations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve differences.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
- Support process improvements and standardization initiatives within the R2R function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial close and reporting processes.
- Support in preparing management reports and financial analysis

Qualification

- Qualified CA
- Robust understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
