Position: Interior Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interior Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from design finalization to project handover. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, budgeting, quality control, and timely delivery of projects while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

- Manage interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

Site Management

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.
- Supervise installation and execution activities.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Client Coordination

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.




- Address client concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure workmanship meets company quality standards.
- Conduct inspections and snag-list reviews before project handover.
- Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained.
