Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, ECE, EEE, Mechatronics, or related field
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated technician to support mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, soldering, wiring, fitting, and testing activities for machines, control units, and industrial equipment. The candidate should have hands-on assembly skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to work with tools, drawings, SOPs, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Mechanical assembly and fitting of machines, equipment, and components
- PCB/control unit assembly as per drawings and SOPs
- Perform soldering of through-hole, SMD components, wires, connectors, sensors, and modules
- Carry out cable crimping, ferruling, heat shrinking, wire dressing, and harness preparation
- Drilling, tapping, alignment, installation, and mechanical fitting activities
- Routing, securing, and labeling of wires and connectors
- Perform continuity checks, basic electrical testing, and inspect solder quality
- Inspect assembled parts for quality, loose connections, shorts, and dimensional accuracy




- Support machine/control unit testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and prototype builds
- Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and tools
- Coordinate with engineering teams during development and production activities

Required Skills

- Knowledge of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and electronics assembly
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Good soldering skills and understanding of polarity, voltage, and electrical safety
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and basic schematics
- Hands-on experience in drilling, cutting, fitting, and cable harnessing
- Valuable teamwork, communication, and willingness to learn

Preferred Experience

- 0–3 years in assembly, fitting, manufacturing, electronics, or machinery industries
- Experience in control panel wiring, battery/motor wiring, or embedded product assembly
- IPC soldering knowledge is an advantage
