Job Description Civil Engineer - Interior Fit-Out & High-End Finishing – Job Description

Company: *Consultants

Position: Interior Fit-Out / Finishing Engineer

Location: Pune

Industry: Commercial / Residential / Luxury Interior Projects

Experience: 3 –10 Years,

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end interior fit-out and finishing works at project sites.
- Supervise high-end finishing, luxury interiors, and architectural finishing as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, designers, vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
- Execute false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes, partitions, paneling, wooden works, glass works, doors, furniture, and joinery.
- Ensure quality of marble, stone, tiles, veneer, laminate, paint, wallpaper, metal, glass, and other premium finishes.
- Review and interpret GFC drawings, shop drawings, material specifications, and BOQs.




- Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved design, quality standards, timelines, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct inspections and prepare snag/punch lists and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate MEP services with interior works to avoid site clashes.
- Manage material procurement, approvals, mock-ups, samples, and material inspections.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate project schedules.
- Handle client/consultant coordination and resolve site-related technical issues.

This role carries full accountability for project outcomes.
