W Design Studio specializes in office interiors, green building concepts, retail spaces including airports, malls, convention centres, and hotels, as well as premium home interior designs tailored to individual preferences.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in, Architecture, or Project Management (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in managing interior design or related projects.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning:
- Develop detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and design teams.
- Team Coordination:
- Lead and manage design teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
- Client Interaction:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.




- Translate client needs and preferences into actionable design and project strategies.
- Budget and Cost Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Monitor costs and identify opportunities for value engineering without compromising quality.
- Schedule Management:
- Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline.
- Address delays and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Quality Assurance:
- Oversee project execution to maintain design intent and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve in office challenges.
- Procurement and Vendor Management:
- Source and manage suppliers, materials, and furnishings in line with project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure favourable terms.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,076.11 - ₹40,658.16 per month
