Role Overview:
We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our design team. This role requires an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who can effectively coordinate between clients and our internal team to ensure smooth communication, proper understanding of requirements, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client requirements clearly and communicate it effectively to the team.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Observe, document, and follow up on tasks and project updates.




- Build and maintain strong qualified relationships with clients.
- Support the team in planning and organizing deliverables.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- 1 - 2 Years of experience is required.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Deep observation and strong understanding skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle client interactions confidently.
- Knowledge in design (UI/UX/graphics) will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to relocate nearby to the office location (Aminjikarai, Chennai).
