Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Travel & Visa Consultant with 2–4 years of experience in travel bookings, visa processing, and customer handling. The candidate should have good knowledge of international destinations, visa documentation, travel itineraries, and airline/hotel bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized travel itineraries and holiday packages.
- Handle visa consultation and documentation for countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Europe/Schengen, Australia, Dubai/UAE, Singapore, Thailand, etc.
- Check visa documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Explain visa requirements, documentation, processing timelines, fees, and procedures to clients.
- Prepare and submit visa applications and coordinate with visa application centres/embassies where required.
- Follow up on visa applications and keep clients updated about application status.
- Handle air ticketing, hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing and travel insurance.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, visa centres and other travel partners.




- Prepare quotations and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, bookings and visa applications.
- Handle customer queries before, during and after travel.
- Stay updated on visa rules, immigration requirements, travel restrictions and destination information.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Travel & Tourism / Visa Consultancy.
- Good knowledge of international destinations and visa processes.
- Experience in preparing travel itineraries and holiday packages.
- Knowledge of airline reservations, hotel bookings and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre will be an advantage.
