Position: Senior Billing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle IPD, OPD, Emergency, TPA & Corporate Billing.
- Prepare accurate patient bills and ensure timely billing closure.
- Verify treatment charges, investigations, pharmacy and procedure entries before bill generation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff and other departments for billing-related queries.
- Process insurance, cashless and reimbursement billing as per hospital policies.
- Manage billing corrections, refunds and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and hospital billing SOPs.
- Prepare daily billing reports, revenue reports and MIS as required.
- Maintain proper documentation and resolve patient billing concerns professionally.

Eligibility:

- Graduate (B.Com/BBA/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital billing.
- Experience in IPD, OPD, TPA & Corporate Billing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS).
- Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
