Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation & Outreach Executive who can identify relevant business prospects, conduct targeted outreach, and generate qualified leads and meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential B2B prospects and decision-makers.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp for prospect outreach.
- Execute cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Use AI tools to improve prospect research, personalization, and outreach.
- Follow up systematically with prospects through multiple channels.
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, budget, and potential.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain lead databases and track outreach activities.




- Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, or inside sales.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo and LinkedIn outreach.
- Knowledge of cold emailing and WhatsApp marketing.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of CRM and lead management.
- Comfortable using AI tools for sales prospecting and outreach.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary: ₹15K – ₹30K/month

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
