- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into clear creative briefs.
- Coordinate with the Design, Content, CGI, and Development teams.
- Track projects from brief to final delivery.
- Follow up internally to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and revisions to clients.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it reaches the relevant team clearly.
- Maintain robust and professional client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and business.
- Participate in client calls and meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes, action points, and follow-ups.
- Maintain proper documentation of briefs, revisions, approvals, and final deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
- Escalate delays, scope changes, or client concerns to the appropriate team.

Pay: ₹11,504.22 - ₹39,047.76 per month
