Job Title: Concrete Plant Helper
Department: Production / Plant Operations
Location: Plant Site
Reporting To: Plant Supervisor / Batching Plant Operator

Job Summary

The Concrete Plant Helper will assist the plant operator and supervisor in the day-to-day operation, cleaning, material handling, and maintenance activities of the concrete/RMC plant. The candidate should be physically fit, responsible, and willing to work at the plant site.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the batching plant operator during concrete production.
- Help in loading, unloading, and handling raw materials.
- Assist in maintaining proper cleanliness around the plant and equipment.
- Clean mixers, conveyors, hoppers, chutes, and other plant equipment.
- Support the operator during routine plant operations.
- Assist in checking and arranging materials as instructed.




- Help during minor maintenance and lubrication activities under supervision.
- Maintain proper housekeeping of the plant area.
- Follow safety instructions and use required PPE.
- Report any leakage, damage, abnormal noise, or equipment problem to the supervisor.
- Assist other plant workers as required.
- Follow company rules, safety procedures, and supervisor instructions.

Qualification

- No specific educational qualification required.
- 8th/10th pass preferred.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in a concrete/RMC plant, construction site, manufacturing plant, or similar workplace preferred.
- Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
