CSR & School Fundraising Executive

Indian Development Foundation (IDF) is looking for a motivated and target-oriented CSR & School Fundraising Executive to develop fundraising opportunities and build partnerships with corporates, schools, institutions, and other stakeholders to support IDF’s social development programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach companies for CSR funding and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CSR heads, corporate representatives, foundations, and donors.
- Research potential CSR partners and identify suitable funding opportunities.
- Prepare CSR proposals, concept notes, presentations, budgets, and project documents.
- Coordinate meetings and presentations with prospective corporate partners.
- Develop fundraising opportunities with schools, educational institutions, and school management.
- Conduct school fundraising campaigns, awareness programs, and fundraising activities.
- Coordinate with principals, teachers, students, parents, and school representatives.
- Follow up with prospective donors and organizations to convert fundraising opportunities into support.
- Maintain accurate records of fundraising leads, meetings, proposals, commitments,



and donations.
- Prepare regular fundraising and donor reports for management.
- Support IDF campaigns, events, and other resource-mobilization activities.
- Achieve assigned fundraising and partnership targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in Social Work, Management, Marketing, Fundraising, or Development Studies are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in CSR fundraising, NGO fundraising, school fundraising, business development, sales, or donor relations preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable communicating with corporate professionals and school authorities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for meetings and fundraising activities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic reporting.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
