STRETCH TRU is bringing professional Assisted Stretch Therapy to India—a premium wellness and recovery service designed to improve flexibility, mobility, performance, and recovery.

We’re looking for a hands-on startup professional who can take ownership, work independently, and wear multiple hats as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing – 80%

- Social media, content & Canva
- Meta Ads & Google Business Profile
- Lead generation & WhatsApp campaigns
- Gym, corporate, fitness & wellness partnerships
- Events, activations & influencer collaborations
- Brand awareness & Google Reviews

Operations – 20%

- CRM & customer management
- Daily operations and reporting




- Vendor & inventory coordination
- Staff coordination & reception support
- Sales and customer experience

Requirements

- 2–4 years’ marketing experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Digital marketing & social media knowledge
- Canva, Meta Ads, Excel & CRM
- Sales mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Fitness, wellness, healthcare, hospitality or startup experience preferred

- 60+ trial bookings/month
- 10+ new clients/day
- 2 community events/month
- 50+ Google Reviews/month
- 12–16 Reels + 16–20 posts/month
- Daily Stories
- Solid package conversion & partnership growth
