FASHION CONSULTANT CUM SALESPERSON – SALES (STORE)

Job Description (JD)

- Assist customers in selecting apparel and accessories based on style, body type, occasion, and trend.
- Provide expert styling advice, product knowledge (fabric, fit, care instructions), and coordinate mix-and-match options.
- Maintain strong relationships with walk-in and regular customers; upsell and cross-sell products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets individually and support overall store targets.
- Manage trial rooms efficiently—size suggestions, quick turnaround, and alteration guidance.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards; maintain floor hygiene, folding, tagging, and steaming.
- Assist in inventory management, daily sales reporting, and stock movement updates.
- Handle customer complaints gracefully and escalate complex issues to the Store Manager.
- Participate in promotions, seasonal campaigns, and in-store events to enhance customer engagement.




- Track fashion trends and provide feedback to management for assortment planning.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

- Meeting personal and store sales targets.
- Delivering excellent customer experience through style advice and product knowledge.
- Ensuring merchandising standards: display, folding, tagging, and cleanliness.
- Assisting trial rooms and guiding customers on alterations or size issues.
- Maintaining global inventory accuracy and timely reporting to the store manager.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Following store SOPs for billing, packing, and promotions.
- Upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue per customer.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹13,434.83 - ₹36,393.48 per month
