n AC (Air Conditioning) Technician in a hospital installs, maintains, and repairs critical cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems. They ensure accurate temperature, humidity, and air purity in sensitive zones like operation theatres, isolation wards, and laboratories while adhering to strict healthcare compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- System Maintenance: Inspect and service central plants, chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), and split units.
- Critical Zone Control: Monitor and manage pressure differentials, air changes, and HEPA filters in operation theatres and isolation rooms.
- Refrigeration Care: Maintain hospital refrigerators, morgue freezers, and medical cold rooms.
- Repair & Diagnostics:



Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and fix refrigerant leaks promptly.
- Compliance & Records: Log daily performance metrics, breakdown data, and calibration records according to healthcare norms like NABH or JCI
- Requirements & Skills
- Education: ITI in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or a Diploma in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience handling commercial or hospital HVAC systems.
- Core Skills: Electrical troubleshooting, reading wiring diagrams, handling refrigerant recovery tools, and calibration

Pay: ₹10,296.10 - ₹20,757.94 per month
