About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Executive – Freight Forwarding to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The role will be responsible for freight rate procurement, pricing, carrier and vendor negotiations, quotation preparation, and commercial support for customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ocean and air freight pricing, with practical exposure to FCL, LCL, OOG, ODC, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo.

Key Responsibilities

- Source freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, co-loaders, overseas agents, and other service providers.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates and commercial terms.
- Prepare pricing for FCL, LCL, and Air Freight shipments.
- Handle pricing requirements for OOG, ODC, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo.
- Prepare customer quotations, RFQs, tenders, and commercial proposals.
- Review shipment requirements and identify appropriate pricing and routing options.
- Calculate and validate freight, origin, destination, port, terminal, handling, documentation, and other applicable charges.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, overseas agents, carriers, and other internal teams for pricing requirements.
- Maintain updated freight rate sheets and pricing records.
- Monitor changes in carrier rates, surcharges, and market pricing.
- Support the Sales and Business Development teams with timely and accurate pricing.
- Ensure quotations are commercially competitive and aligned with company pricing guidelines.
- Review and incorporate applicable INCOTERMS and destination cost structures while preparing quotations.





Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of freight forwarding and international logistics.
- Hands-on experience in freight pricing and rate procurement.
- Good understanding of FCL, LCL, and Air Freight.
- Experience handling OOG, ODC, Breakbulk, and Project Cargo pricing.
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and international freight charges.
- Understanding of port, terminal, origin, and destination charges.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good analytical and commercial skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and tender/RFQ submissions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pricing requests within deadlines.

Experience & Qualification

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in pricing, rate procurement, or commercial operations within a freight forwarding or logistics company.
- Experience with ocean and air freight pricing is required.
- Exposure to project cargo, OOG, ODC, or breakbulk shipments will be an advantage.
- Graduate in any discipline. A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
